A great number of people have some stones stuck in their liver. Some people are more sensitive to the side effects than others. If liver stones remain undetected for an extended period of time, your liver can become damaged. Non alcoholic fatty liver, liver fibrosis or even liver cancer can be a result if the liver stones are not removed.

Liver stones surgery necessary?

Consult your doctor and see what he has to say about the presence of liver stones. To some people surgery is suggested, most of them have damage to the liver that can be seen on an ultrasound scan or X-ray. It may be wise however, to look at some other options first. The liver is a very powerful organ that will regenerate tissue when stones are no longer present. In most cases the liver can be cleansed naturally, which means the toxins will be released from the liver itself, the bile ducts and the gallbladder.

Liver cleanse options

A good way to start is by reading the book ‘the cure to all diseases’ by Hulda Regehr Clark. Although her methods are not without debate, there is simply no way to prove that her methods work. But if you know how to feel your body, you will know what is good for you! It’s worth a try and will most probably keep you out of the hospital. Are you unsure about what to do? Post your question in the liver stones forum or send us an email.

Her main method is the gallbladder liver flush, which is preceded by a colon cleans and kidney cleanse. My advise would be to work on your health in that order, as your kidneys and colon have to be clean and strong before the toxins from the liver are released into your system. I have done all three cleanses and completely cleared myself and won’t be needing liver stones surgery. Keep in mind that liver stones can return whenever you go through an unhealthy or emotional period in your life. It is wise to keep cleaning the liver at least twice a year to make sure new stones are removed as well.

Other methods are described in the news section of this website. All of them are safe to try to see which one works best for you.
